You ask each question in English and your student answers out loud. If they get stuck, tap Show student help to reveal a translation. Then tap Correct or Needs practice. That's all you have to do.
So your student can follow along: in your Zoom toolbar, click the Share button, choose your web browser window, and click Share. To stop, click Stop Share.
